Create benefit plans from Administration → Benefits:1
General information
Plan name, provider, benefit type, description, and effective dates.

Contribution
Employer and employee contributions, as a fixed amount or a percentage.

Assign employees
Choose which employees receive the benefit.
- Pre-tax (Section 125) — medical, dental, vision, disability, accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital, life, and other Section 125 plans
- Retirement — 401(k), Roth 401(k), 403(b), Roth 403(b), 457, Roth 457, SIMPLE IRA, and non-qualified deferred compensation
- Spending accounts — medical FSA, dependent care FSA, HSA
- Commuter — transit and parking
- Non-taxable fringe benefits
Post-tax deductions & garnishments
From an employee’s Deductions tab you can set up:- Child support — with issuing agency, order ID, amount, and maximum percentage
- Miscellaneous deductions — fixed amount or percentage, with optional total and annual limits
- Miscellaneous garnishments — including a priority order when multiple garnishments apply
